We understand that we should not be alone on the journey achieving  the set goals and missions. The participation and companionship of volunteers are great contributions and decisive factors to our success. GS Community is a project under the control of a highly reputable international non-governmental organization named Keep It Beautiful Vietnam, operating in Vietnam under License No. 430/CNV-HD of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With a team of highly qualified and experienced leaders, we are trying every day to create a professional and dynamic operating environment within the project, in which the GS Community family develops together, improves personal capacity and, at the same time, creates practical values ​​for the community, society and Vietnam.

Procedure
recruitment.

​Candidates fill out the GG form to answer the questions. This form is provided inside each position's job description.

APPLICATION ROUND

​If the Candidates pass the Application Round, they will be scheduled for an interview with the Senior Manager of the Project or the corresponding Departments.

INTERVIEW ROUND

Depending on the position, Candidates will be required to participate in an Internship from 0.5 to 1 month before becoming an official Volunteer.

PROBATION PERIOD

Successful candidates will be able to participate in Integration before starting their journey with GS Community.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

Recruitment rounds:

  • Main period: The beginning of each term (season), the end of March and the end of September every year or depending on the actual situation

  • Additional period: Between each term (season), end of June and end of December each year or depending on the actual situation

Age: Preferred 15 - 25 years old
Area:

  • Logistics Department: City. Hanoi

  • Remaining: Nationwide

Experienced candidates are prioritized for the position they are applying for.
Have passion and love for sustainable lifestyle activities and environmental protection.
Discipled , positive, proactive, and responsible for work.
Always be willing to learn, respect everyone's opinions and be pleased to give your personal opinion.

Volunteers.

  • Receive a certificate in English from KIBV Organization, which is globally valid, after participating for 6 months and completing 80% of assigned work.

  • Learn, gain experience, and develop skills from members of the Leadership team.

  • Work in a dynamic, professional environment, and always acknowledge the contributions of Volunteers.

  • Expand relationships and make friends through the organization's live events.

  • Opportunity to participate in the organization's annual volunteer activities.

  • Opportunity to receive a Letter of Recommendation from the Founder of KIBV

  • Organization for excellent Volunteers.
